Privacy policy

Ballast does not require an account. Your puzzle progress, saved cargo layouts, preferences and last confirmed Full Campaign ownership status are stored locally on your device. The game does not send your gameplay data to an Applikeable server.

The app has no advertising, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking. It does not ask for your contacts, precise location, camera or microphone. It has no player messaging or user-content sharing service.

You control local app data through your device. Deleting the app can delete its saves. Device backups, if enabled, are managed by you and your device or backup provider.

Apple processes the Full Campaign in-app purchase. Ballast uses Apple’s StoreKit service to check verified purchase and ownership information and enable the paid chapters. The app keeps the last confirmed ownership status locally so owned chapters can remain available offline.

Applikeable does not receive your payment-card details. Apple handles payment, purchase history and any information you share with Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. Apple may provide developers with sales reports and diagnostics under its services and your device-sharing choices; this is separate from gameplay data collected by the app.

If you email us, we receive your email address and the message, device details or attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate problems and keep necessary support records. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other information we do not need.

Our email and support service providers process correspondence to deliver those services. We retain it only for as long as reasonably needed for support, resolving disputes and applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your support correspondence or use it for advertising.

This website is separate from the Ballast app. Vercel hosts it and may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser details and access logs to deliver and secure pages. The site also loads fonts from Google and uses Google Analytics to understand website visits; analytics may use cookies and process browser, device and page-view information.

Website analytics do not read your Ballast saves or run inside the game. You can manage cookies and tracking through your browser settings. See Vercel’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their processing.

Where applicable, we handle personal information to provide requested support, pursue legitimate interests in reliability and security, meet legal obligations, or with consent where required. Service providers may process information outside your country, subject to applicable safeguards.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact hello@applikeable.com. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority, including the Danish Datatilsynet.

We cannot retrieve local saves from your device. Questions about Apple’s purchase records should also be directed to Apple.

The game does not request personal information from children. If a child has sent personal information to support that should be removed, a parent or guardian can contact us.
